1st sorry i've no arabic keyb
those files are generated when you modify your library files, for exemple by protecting them from writing, it will generate a double and it adds BAK as an extention just as a security, so if you look that your library are okey, delete the BAK file, if you see that you deleted a crutial element from your library, just delete this library and rename the BAK file by replacing the BAK by C4D

NB: these files are generated AFTER you quit cinema 4d!
close cinema 4d and you notice that the hard disk is working if your library is big, or have a noisy hard disk like mine
