Create Artistic 3d Model using a beautiful Reference Art

I have a beatiful Artistic Image on my desktop...I need to use it and covert it to a three dimensioal 3d model using Cinema 4d...

I will send it to anyone who can use it to create and publish simple tutorial on how to accomplish above mentioned task...
