you can download directly the Offline Updater CINEMA 4D R11.004 (Siggraph Preview) -> 11.010 Demo Version without downloading the whole 500 mega
and dont forget

important: DO NOT uncompress the archive. This is done by CINEMA 4D automatically. You should also ignore error messages that may appear while your computer uncompresses the file. The update will work anyway.
