Hi, my name is houmam munir and I was born in Baghdad, in Iraq. I am 18 years old, I'm until now still study. Where I've had most of my experience with technical drawing. With my experience in the industry I decided to got more into cgi by enrolling on 3d courses where I learned the tools of the trade and, 'modeling concepts.
Modeling:
To model this car I employed a popular technique used by modelers a achieve precision, which poly-bypoly modeling. For this car I create it with out blueprints it will be much harder.
Materials and textures.
In this project. I will use this parameters, as shown under:
Car shader:
I use Shellac.
Base material: you can put here car paint
Shellac material : here the glossiness
Shellac color blend : 15
For first column 'car paint'
Diffuse: black
Reflect: R:200,B:200,G:200
Refl.glossiness: 0.99
Second column:
First material.
Diffuse: black
Reflect: Falloff –Fresnel
Second material.
Diffuse: black
Reflect: Falloff –Fresnel
Refl.glossiness: falloff- Perpendicular/ Parallel
LIGHTING:
This scene is not complex lighting.
There are 2 v-ray lights, first one type Sphere with low Multiplier and enable invisible this light is just like sun
Second light it is under car type plane.
Also I use a hdri to got a real scene.
Rendering with v-ray
Using v-ray to render, I used settings that made an interesting combination. These parameters preference of my own. If you want to try out for yourself, I suggest you start off with the following parameters and then tweak them to your liking.
After adjusting the v-ray parameters, I achieved the result shown in below .
These all have a resolution 1024 by 768
Pixels. For these images I didn't use any extra render passes , such as shadow, ambient, occlusion, etc.
