small question abolut 3Ds Max

Can anyone tells me how can i add an "Image Plan" to start modeling .. i tried to search for it but i only could figure out how to add a background witch is something i don't know how to resize yet

when i wants to start modeling something am supposed to start with an image and an image plan , but i couldn't do it , so if anyone knows how can i add one please post in this topic ..

Make aplane then press m key
then go to bitmap
select image you want
add it to your plane
If you want to add you image like a background hold alt+b
then chose your image
and check
match viewport
match bitmab
