i suggest to devid forums into zones
multi zones with different degrees .....
every zone contains the same qualifications members
qualifidations like the apility to designe, apility to defense against -
enemies
"like "cockroagches" and "dinasours
and apility to destroy them
_we can grade these zone like that
golden zone , silver zone , bronze zone ,tin zone , papper zone ,dirty zone.........etc
or like that first zone ,second zone, third zone
we can protect every zone with "high enclosure" supported with
electricty wires to stop anyone are talking to himself to approach
we have to put "deep_rooted" ruls for the persons who want to join us
the person who want to break these ruls we must punish him by the
most distant punishment
