Could anyone link me a small Pal file that is originally captured in PAL and I really appreciate it, shoukran salafan

لا اظن ان هناك فروق بينهما
وفي كلتا الحالتين انا اكره البال
انا عندي مقطع dvd من نوع pal لفيلم كرتوني اجنبي
لا اعرف اذا كان تم تسجيله اساسا بنوع بال ام لا
كل ما اعرفه ان صوره تحتوي على تلك الخطوط الغبيه التي تشوه الفيديو
اذا كنت تريد جزء منه يمكنني ان اقطع لك جزءا منه

All I need is to try to burn PAL.
This is the whole story: I live in Canada, all the systems here are NTSC. The movie I made for my kids is in NTSC. I edited it in UMS and created a DVD NTSC then burnt it to DVD so I can watch it on my stand alone DVD player and everything work fine, but I need to send one copy to the middle east so my parents would be able to see my kids on their DVD player which plays only PAL. The problem is that after I create PAL from the dvp file which is originally captured from NTSC and try to burn the PAL I get a NTSC DVD as my stand alone DVD player shows, and I can tell from the size as well which been converted while burning. I want to be sure about the file because I am sure about the software or programs I use are set to burn to PAL .
I would like to give it a try if you have time to cut a little part for me plz, and thak you very much.
