What is more confusing is that I can play any of them in my second display using ATI all in wonder Radeon, on my NTSC TV. And if I play the VCD in my stand alone DVD player it plays it as NTSC. Any explanation??
I like to mention that I converted this PAL file from NTSC

These files are really PAL, the dvd player can play both PAL and NTSC
