Well there are several ways to do this

withen Photoshop you can use a combination of the

Artistic Brushes and few Brush Strocks and play around

with the setting another way is to use third party Plugins such as

Virtual Painter

i need it to be like i had drwing it by pencil with a realty and detales
cause i use it for a building so i need the detal
