you have to make the ratio is 4 :1

and the main sound level before compressor -3 db

be care that you dont have any clipping in any track before comp. and now you can rise the level to more higher level without clipping

i have a dynacord mixer 2200 wish is 22 channel i want to know the best ajust for any mixer that you make master volume on 0 db and mic levels at 0 db also then you ajust the sound from the gain bottons or you make the master volume on
o db and do the right gain value and then u can ajust mic levels

the comp. is for limiting the level from clipping by compress it to smaler value

the threshold is the value that the compress. will active above it

gain of the mics must adjusted first before any thing

and the master level must be at 0 db

and the tracks faders as you find a good balance between all the inputs

as you wish

dont adjust by gain

the gain is a value to make the pre-ampelfier sweets the power of the mics wich are diffirent than each other
