My name is Reem Yussef El Kelani. I'm Palestinian, my father comes from a village called Ya'abut near Jeneen and my mother comes from Nazareth in Galilee. I'm a musician and a singer but I also collect Palestinian folklore which is full of vitality. And I live in London, England in an area called Notting Hill Gate.

Music is very important to me for my whole being. I learn a lot of Palestinian songs, old ones from women in the refugee camps in Palestine Lebanon and Syria.

I feel I'm flying in the sky but also I feel very earthy with my feet holding me to the ground and I feel the more I fly to the sky in my singing, the more I hold on the floor, the ground, the earth and therefore, to my roots.

Through music I get a sense of identity and belonging I believe that the Palestinians be they in Palestine or the Diaspora, it's important to hold on to their identity and belonging especially in the light of what is happening at the moment politically. And in my case the langugae through which I hold on to my identity and belonging is through music.

I've sung in North America in Europe, lots of Arab countries and around the UK and in London.

I live in Notting Hill Gate in Central London. There's a famous market there called Portobello market, where you can buy fruit, vegetables and antiques. When my father came to visit me a few years ago he said you are still a fela'ha. "Even when you come to London, you end up living in a place that's like a ha'ara." It's full of different nationalities: Spanish, Portuguese, North African, Arabic, Caribbean. I buy fresh fruit vegetables and meat from friends; they're not not vendors, they're friends: I know them, I miss them, they miss me... I feel like a little girl, who belongs to this village, to this ha'ara.

عندى سؤال هو Quite often = often ولا اية؟

عندما تضيف quite لأي شئ تزيده ، يعني quite often أكثر من often ، و هي توكيد للأمر في نفس الوقت .
ملحوظة أخرى : quite often = a lot

لا 22 اختيار خطأ لانك وقعت فى الفخ الذى وقع فيه كل المصريين وبحثوا عن التقييم من تحت لفوق
فاختارو رقم 9 على اساس ان 10 ماجيستير يبقى 9 بكالريوس


لكن 9 الذى يعطى 22 اقراوه جيدا ستجده انه حاله وجود 2 بكالريوس

اذا الاختيار الصحيح هو رقم 7 ويعطيك 20 نقطه فقط
