The C++ Programming Set teaches everything you need to know about C++. Module 2 of it goes into Win32 API Programming a little and shows you how to create ur own little air hockey game in Windows.
The DX9 Set goes into a bit of CPP again, and then DX9 programming. The second Module is a pdf file because I couldn't find the actual ISO up'd anywhere, only the PDF. HOWEVER... the pdf is just as helpful.
