nice work here are my comments:
the apples geometry is not quite realistic follow this toturial to get a 'real' apple(hope it'll be tasty)

the watch is good but there is some mistake you get when making the buttons it'd be better if you build the basic form first and then add the buttons

the cup hmmmmmmmm is it my fault or is the bottom of the cup really wider than the top? also if a cup is golden it is seldom without textures and stuff(you don't have to add them it's just looking wired maybe you should change to a glass material?)

word max: I suppose that this should be 'world' anyway the planets look nice but try to do the toturial in the max help file to get a nice 'world'. if you just want comments on this pic here they are:
1.is this the only solar system in the universe? if not then there should be stars in the background
2. how many suns shine on this planet? if it's one then one side of the planet should be illuminated and the other should be almost black


sorry if I'm a bit harsh but "a programmer who stats with basic can never get to a respectable programming style"(some dude in another forum said that) and the same goes for designing if you are satisfied with something it'll be hard to become a 'good styled' designer just do it as the following quote utters:

its a very nice book for beginers
