sorry man But u have some mistakes first with the word hay it means (the food of the animals)
second on the grammer u wrote there is many things(u must write there are many.....)

انا مخرج تليفزيون و بصدد انشاء شركة صغيرة لعمل اعمال الجرافيك الخاصة بالقنوات الفضائية و انا ابحث عن مصمم محترف للعمل معي بنظام part timeاو full time اذا كنت مهتم بهذا الامر ارجو ارسال cv الخاص بك و شاملة البرامج التي تقوم بالعمل عليها و مرفق بها الاوقات المناسبة للعمل في حالة part time و الراتب المرغوب به و ذلك في اسرع وقت.
