well if you are gonna get everything from Autocad, this will become a real problem, things like fabric are heavy in Max already, getting them from Autocad is a no no.
I really suggest rendering your project in Autocad instead - Since you're using Autocad 3d- Max gonna crash soon, if not now definitely on Rendertime.
